A chocolate truffle tart - self explanatory. It looks and tastes amazing with all of the detialed ingredients that goes into making this splendid treat! It has the right balance of a soft texture and deep overwhelming tastes. Reminds me of the Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2011 Couture collection - Dark and Intense.
